How do I put this on a projector?

Open theka.wtf/projector on a laptop, connect the projector or TV as a second screen, and press F for fullscreen. The controls fade out after three seconds and come back when you move the mouse. Everything is keyboard driven so it can be run from the counter.

Does it need an account or a subscription?

No. It is a website with a YouTube player inside it. No login, no app, no card. It works on any laptop with a browser and an internet connection.

Can I change the mood without touching the laptop?

Press 1 to 6 on the keyboard for the six moods. Phone control from the table is coming, so somebody sitting down can change the room without getting up.

The website is a standard YouTube embed and that part is fine. Playing recorded music publicly in a licensed venue in India is a separate question involving IPRS and PPL licensing, and that is between you and them, exactly as it would be with any other source of music.
